SANS 1713 — 电力电缆——额定电压为 3.8/6.6 kV 至 19/33 kV 的中压架空绞合导体

中压 ABC 电缆结构

导体类型：2 类硬拉铝绞线。三层 TR 交联聚乙烯绝缘，3 芯，XLPE，单独屏蔽，符合 SANS 1713 标准的有铠装和无铠装电缆。

规格范围 - A型（铠装） 95-185 mm²（3.8/6.6 kV、6.35/11 kV、12.7/22 kV、19/33 kV）

规格范围——B型（非铠装）35–185 mm²（3.8/6.6 kV、6.35/11 kV、12.7/22 kV）50–185 mm²（19/33 kV）

· 1. 导体：铝，圆形绞合并压实。

· 2. 导体屏蔽层：挤出热固性半导体层。

· 3. 绝缘层：XLPE热固性材料。

· 4. 绝缘屏蔽层：半导体屏蔽层：挤出热固性半导体层，其外覆有可膨胀半导体带以确保防水性。

· 5.金属屏蔽层：光软铜线和/或铜带呈螺旋状缠绕，或铝带纵向缠绕并粘合于外层聚乙烯护套上。

· 6.外护套：挤出成型黑色聚乙烯护套，或根据客户特定要求采用聚氯乙烯（PVC）护套。

· 7.钢绞线：50或70 mm²镀锌钢绞线，外覆黑色聚乙烯，或根据客户特定要求采用聚氯乙烯（PVC）。
